WHAT
WE DO
Resetting local tourism to align with the needs of the host community through heritage and cultural tourism
CURRENT & FUTURE PROJECTS.
Tourism is a driver of economic growth in Africa. It is with this in mind that we have set our focus on the following places and the communities they host. Resetting tourism to align with the needs of the host communities will benefit both the natives as well as the visiting tourist. Heritage and cultural tourism are areas that need to be tapped into. Through these two channels, we look to align with the needs of the locals. In a post covid environment, it is important that as Batswana we re-think and re-ignite tourism in our country.
Francistown
Home to The Famous Blue Jack Street. Francistown is bejeweled with historical nuggets of the gold rush. Populated by the Kalanga tribe, Francistown has become a stop over city for globetrotter.
Lobatse
Having shielded two African presidents, Nelson Mandela and Samora Machel during the liberation struggle, Lobatse is a town full of history that deserves to be preserved.
Kasane
Close to Africa's four corners, Kasane is a town that has mushroomed in an unfenced game park. Man and beast live in peaceful harmony, making this one of the most unique places on earth.
Tsabong
Large lips, two humps, long legs, and two hooves. This mammal is found in the southern town of Botswana where the lines of the horizon and the arid Kalahari blur.
Nata
The fork in the road. Nata is a gateway to either Kasane or Maun. The journey if filled with game at every bend. Bountiful in local crafts and customs, Nata is a hidden gem that needs to be unearthed and shared with the world.
